1. Returns

• You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. 

• Products must be in original packaging and condition. 

• To request a return, please contact support@swiftpaper.co.uk with your order number. 

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. 

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied. 

3. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays. 

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location. 

• Free delivery may be available for orders. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A link to monitor your shipment online 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. 

• If items are damaged or lost during shipping, contact support@swiftpaper.co.uk immediately. 

• Swift Paper™ will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
