2. Refunds

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied. 

3. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
